Divorce

At Gabriella Kiraly Law, we know that divorce is a difficult time in anyone’s life. We are here to guide you through a legal separation with compassion, allowing you to move forward and find a genuine solution for you and your family.

Custody

We understand that you want what’s best for your children. Divorce is already difficult and complicated without taking children into account. We are here to provide solutions and are committed to finding a positive outcome for your case. We are committed to thoughtfully representing the rights and responsibilities of parents or guardians regarding the care, upbringing, and decision-making for your child.

Equitable Distribution

Equitable distribution refers to the fair division of assets, liabilities, and financial resources in the occurrence of a legal separation. We are here to deeply consider your situation and to ensure that you will receive a fair share of the marital property.

We also cover the following areas not listed above:

Paternity

In order to legally be able to take on the role of a father in your child’s life, paternity must first be established. As your attorney, I will focus on outlining your rights to allow you to maintain a positive presence in your child’s life.

Visitation Rights

Creating a healthy and productive schedule for visitation rights will often require negotiation through mediation and settlement discussions. I am here to help you find common ground between parties to reach a mutually acceptable arrangement for visitation that will reflect your child or children’s best interests.

Spousal Support

Spousal support, also known as alimony or maintenance, refers to a level of financial assistance provided by one spouse to another during a legal separation to address economic imbalances that arise due to the separation. My role is to help you navigate the complexities of spousal support laws while ensuring that the spousal support agreement is fair and legally sound.

Child Support

Child support is the financial contribution that the noncustodial parent, the parent who does not have primary physical custody, is legally required to pay to the custodial parent to support the upbringing of their child. I’m here to apply the law to ensure that the financial rendering is fair and sufficient for the care of your child.
